I have been involved in sports my entire life, except for two years in college. After I stopped playing baseball my sophomore year in college, I became sedentary and turned into a soft 240lbs. My mind, body and spirit did not respond well to the lack of movement. I had pains from football injuries in my back, knees, shoulders and my outlook on life was very dim. I started to learn the anatomy and physiology of the mind, body and spirit at Springfield College, MA. I was increasingly educated on the importance of exercise and nutrition. I grew to realize fitness is not just for looking good but more importantly feeling good.
