Personal Training packages of 8 sessions or more include nutritional advice and guidance. I believe in making small changes. I typically do not recommend beginning a new diet and exercise program at the same time... Simply because small changes (ie. just adding exercise to a sedentary lifestyle) is more than enough stimulus to get an anatomical change.
