Initial Evaluation
Call me for an initial evaluation. The initial evaluation takes about ten minutes. We will discuss your exercise history, injuries, medications, overall health and we will set up your short and long term goals.
After the initial evaluation we will do a fitness assessment and intro session. The fitness assessment and intro session is combined to help me get an idea of your physical capabilities.
From the information in the initial evaluation, fitness test and intro session I will Individualize a Fitness Plan for you!
